 For indoor sessions at the yoga studio, please bring your water bottle, yoga mat (if you have one, we have extras at the studio), and wear whatever is comfortable for you to practice yoga. For any popup park sessions, please bring a tarp or large sheet to place under your yoga mat. Please bring a large sheet or towel to practice yoga on the beach, mats get too messy.
